The Card Collection Manager service is provided by CardCollectionManager LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

1. The Service

   • Card Collection Manager provides tools to catalog, organize, and value trading card collections, including pricing information when available from external sources.
   • We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the service.

2. Accounts

   • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
   • You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
   • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the service.

3. Your Content

   • You retain ownership of the collection data, notes, and images you add to the service.
   • You grant Card Collection Manager a limited license to store and process your content solely to operate and provide the service to you.
   • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any images or content you add.

4. SMS / Text Messaging

   • By creating an account and providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Card Collection Manager.
   • Transactional messages: one-time passcodes (OTP) for secure login and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
   • Informational messages: subscription updates, account notices, and relevant deals.
   • Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of informational messages and HELP for assistance.

5. Acceptable Use

   • Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
   • Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or related systems.
   • Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute data obtained through the service except as expressly permitted.

6. Pricing & Valuation Data

   • Market pricing and values are provided for reference only and are sourced from third parties when available.
   • Values may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate and do not constitute an appraisal or a guaranteed sale price.
   • You are responsible for independently verifying any value before making buying, selling, or insurance decisions.

7. Availability

   • We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
   • We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including third-party outages, network issues, or force majeure.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

   • The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
   • To the fullest extent permitted by law, CardCollectionManager LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

9. Changes & Termination

   • We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
   • You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

10. Governing Law

    • These Service Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

11. Agreement

    • By creating an account or using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Service Terms & Conditions in full.
